VioletNine months ago dad set up a incentive system/points sort of thing; when you get 1000 points you get a doll. Well, we've all changed our minds quite a few times but now I have earned my doll, and Sese, Izzy and Miranda are close!! Mom is ordering them soon, maybe tonight! I'm getting Elsie, Sese's getting Kathleen, and Izzy's getting Violet. Miranda's getting something from American Girl that I'll post about later. I have made lots of stuff for Elsie, a shawl, journal, and copybook...this will probably be my last doll I don't make myself because I have 13 now, but I definately have enough! I can't wait to get them! ;)

Oh! she is so cute! And she looks very much like I have imagined the Elsie character from the book. I did not know that they had a Violet doll, isn't she Elsie's daughter? And who is Kathleen? Well, I know your daughters' name is Kathleen, so will there be two Kathleen cousins? Just wondering.... I am so happy for you!!

All of the dolls are beautiful! The point system sounds like a great incentive system that works! 13 dolls?? That's a lot of dolls - but you are, after all, a doll lover and blogger to boot! xxoo A.L.
