About this blog

This blog is about my (Sonja) dolls, and also my sister's.

ABOUT ME
I got Felicity when I was 8 years old, and I got Kate that next Christmas. The twins have only recently really developed their real personalities, since I've gotten more 'into' them as I have gotten older. I got my ALOF, Elsie, May 2009. My latest doll is Adair (Rebecca) that I bought with my own earnings August 2001. I have lots of other random dolls, but I play with these the most.
I love making rooms, books, and other random things for my dolls, traveling with them, and taking photos of them...and of course, collecting clothes and other accessories for them. :D

ABOUT SELENA
Selena is my younger sister, who plays dolls with me the most. She got Kirsten (now Taylor) when she was six, the same year I got Kate. Her ALOF doll, Kathleen, came the same day my Elsie did. :) Selena loves doing the girls hair and doing pretty set-ups with the girls.

ABOUT LIGHTCOURT WAY SCHOOL
Lightcourt Way Girl's School is where all of our dolls attend. Right now, there are only two grades...because that's all that's needed. Taylor, Mia (my sister Miranda's doll), Finny, Adair and Kate make up the 7th grade class, and Elsie, Maura (Miranda's Millie), and Kathleen make up the 8th grade class. :) The girls learn all the basics but whatever they really enjoy the most is the most encouraged for them...Kate has the hardest writing assignments, etc, since she plans on being a writer when she's older, Finny takes extra art classes, Taylor, who wants to be a model for her sister Maura's fashion designer business (which isn't going to happen until they're adults) does math in the meantime, Adair has drama classes with an expert, Elsie learns home-making skills (she's content with being a mother when she's older), Mia takes Skating lessons, Kathleen works with animals and science stuff (she wants to be a vet. :D), and Maura learns sewing and drawing.
